How does Plasma Pen Skin Treatment work?

The Plasma Fibroblast treatment works with a hand-held device where its unique fractional and permeating tips work to evenly distribute plasma over the skin.

The Plasma Pen converts electrical energy into concentrated nitrogen plasma gas and transfers the energised gas to the skin’s surface.

This process involves heating and disrupting the deeper dermal layer of the skin’s structure, whilst also causing micro-trauma to the epidermal layer. This process is the reason why this treatment is also referred to as fibroblasting which leads to the dermis shedding post treatment. This is when new skin begins to form, proteins are activated and released in the dermis and collagen is produced. There is no thermal damage or no formation of electricity. The treatment takes approximately 20 to 30 mins with minimal downtime.
